Course description:

Aerial Yoga Class 1 - 1:00 - 1:45 pm Aerial Yoga Class 2 - 2:00 - 2:45 pm

Aerial Yoga Class 3- 3:00 - 3:45 pm

The class is for those new to aerial yoga. We will cover the basic wraps and postures so that you will learn how to invert, fly, and flow. We will use the swing to keep alignment, build strength in the body and improve flexibility. Plus lots of fun! No Jewelry or Chewing Gum Permitted. All jewelry including wedding rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings must be removed prior to class. Jewelry can cause injury to self and also damage the fabric. Wear comfortable clothing, preferably no tank tops or sleeveless shirts. Bring a yoga mat (or there are some at the studio to borrow). Must fill out a waiver to participate. (Waiver will be sent to your email)

Entrance and Parking - The studio is located at 129 Broadway. Entrance is around back through the parking garage. There is ample street parking on Broadway, but you may also park in the attached parking garage where the entrance is. There is also a municipal lot with meters.
